San Francisco Coffee
As of today, I just realised that San Francisco Coffee house is actually based in Malaysia. How misleading can this get? San Francisco Coffee, first thing that comes to mind, it’s just another American coffee house, another Starbucks, another Coffee Bean. But heck! San Francisco Coffee is actually Malaysian! I went there several times and I thought that they serve pretty good drinks, lattes and not to mention ice-blended drinks! I still remember the last time I went there I ordered a drink which has strawberries, cream, milk, vanilla and ice in it. I can’t remember the name of the drink though. It was superb but it hurts my pocket as well. As I recall, the drink costs MYR 14.00 for a large cup! But was all worth it.
Sadly since I came here to Sheffield, I can’t find a single coffee house in Sheffield except one tiny Starbucks outlet in a corner lot which is always jam packed with people. No Coffee Bean, no San Francisco Coffee, no Gloria Jean’s… None in sight! How I miss these places just sitting there sucking on my straw stuck into my lovely ice-blended Malibu Dream or White Chocolate Dream or Rhumba Blend. Classic…

San Francisco Coffee seriously deserves my utmost highest respect. As it’s the only coffee house I know in Malaysia which could actually stand up to Coffee Bean and Starbucks and the greatest thing is.. it’s MALAYSIAN!

checked the about page. interesting to note that they’re based only in asia & described as an american-owned, american-styled coffee place
still their coffee rocks so nuff said as usual
