Who'd knew that google would lead me here. Seems that after all these years, people still have something to say (including me... ha ha) I tried the food for the first time. I don't care about the service. If the food sucks... then it sucks. And I think it was not worth the amount I paid for. I agree with bennystar99. Food wasn't fresh. It was disappointing considering I saw articles and pictures posted about these girls. Almost seem like a publicity stunt rather than promoting the food. Just seems weird to me. Still disappointed about it. Don't think that I'll be a returning customer. Sorry. Wow. Who’d knew that google would lead me here. I tried the food for the first time. I don’t care about the service. If the food sucks… then it sucks. And I think it was not worth the amount I paid for. I agree with bennystar99. Food wasn’t fresh. The quality of fresh seafood that they serve is excellent and is reasonable for the price they charge. RM19 per person is pretty good to see that you can eat a pretty large amount of seafood with tiger prawns, crab, and white pomphret. Service was well taken care of. I would say i regularly go there and they do not indicate self-service which i think even if they do impose self service shouldnt be much of an issue considering self service is not such a big deal. We had streamboat premium at208Rm for 5 persons.I dun mind paying that sum but the quality n quantity is outrageous.Food is bad n not fresh at all.Quantity is too little for the sum paid maybe a third of what we get in most steamboat restaurants in Penang island.We reached at about 7pm n by the time we left there we r still the only customers for the night.The waitresses wre watching tv n we need to get their sttention each time to get things done.that says so much for the service that we need to practically serve ourselves.No service at all in this outlet.Too Bad it makes the sitauation worse in addition to the bad food.
